Update on advance releases of PIREDEU Data
The PIREDEU Design Study involves a fully-fledged study of the European Parliament elections of 2009, comprising of a voter study (European Election Study), a candidate study and media study, a manifesto study, and a contextual data study across all 27 member states. After partial releases in April and May 2010 we are happy to announce that now all advanced releases of the data (for the voter, the candidates, the media, the manifesto study, and of the contextual data) are available after registration. Bringing together the major cross-national studies in political behaviour, the short course on “Challenges and Opportunities in Cross-national Electoral Research“ provides an overview of the opportunities available to researchers who are interested in comparative cross-national electoral research. Session proposals are invited in any area of survey methodology, or in substantive areas of survey research.
