Marcel van Egmond works as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Amsterdam, coordinating the 2009 European Elections Study. Previously he has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Queensland Social Research Centre, and as a Lecturer at the Communication Science department at the University of Amsterdam.
His research interests include political behaviour, contextual effects including media effects, political methodology and survey research.
